Sueann M. Hall

Founder, President & CEO

Sueann M. Hall is founder, president and CEO of Just Legal. An Inc. Magazine Entrepreneur of the Year nominee and also founder of the first legal secretarial training school of its kind in our region, Sueann's life experience, passion for the law, and commitment to service has helped Just Legal become the area's most prominent legal staffing company. Since earning her Paralegal certification from Harvard Law School’s ABA backed program at the Institute for Paralegal Training in Philadelphia and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware, Sueann has immersed herself in nearly all aspects of the legal profession.

As a one time paralegal and legal staffing manager, Sueann parleyed her real world experience into launching a successful Florida-based legal staffing service, and a successful training and placement service prior to launching Just Legal. She presently serves as an auxiliary member to the Combined Campaign for Justice and is a board member and vice president for her local HOA. Under the auspices of Just Legal, Sueann is an active sponsor to several area bar associations and trial lawyer groups. She presently serves as a member of the Delaware Paralegal Association, Delaware Department of Minority and Women Owned Business, and SHRM.

Andrea Brooks, Esq.

Director of Attorney Placement

After 19 years of practicing law in Delaware, Andrea joined Just Legal in the summer of 2026. Andrea’s practice encompassed the litigation of corporate and commercial disputes in Delaware’s state and federal courts, including the Court of Chancery. Andrea is well-versed in Delaware corporate law and regularly represents companies, directors, officers, and shareholders in a variety of corporate litigation matters. Andrea represents clients in breach of contract actions, advancement and indemnification demands, books and records demands, corporate governance disputes, and internal investigations. Andrea has specific expertise in non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants and regularly represents both employees and employers in these matters. Andrea’s practice also includes white-collar criminal defense. Andrea’s practice extends to aviation law and complex tort litigation through her representation of companies that manufacture airplane engines and their accessories.

Andrea is an active member of the Women and the Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association and serves as its Treasurer. In addition, she co-chairs both the Programming & Wellness Committee and the Awards Committee. In recognition of her professional excellence and significant contributions to women and the legal community, Andrea received the Honorable Aida Waserstein Award in March 2025.

Andrea is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court. She is a dedicated volunteer for the Combined Campaign for Justice and also volunteers with Delaware Volunteer Legal Services where she helps victims of domestic violence. Andrea regularly gives her time to the Wills for Heroes and Wills for the Elderly initiatives. Andrea regularly serves as guardian ad litem and is an active volunteer with the Office of the Child Advocate where she represents children in foster care. Andrea was a guest speaker at the Wake Forest University School of Law regarding her corporate law experience and serves on panel discussions on a variety of topics. Andrea’s prior volunteer work includes the Delaware Pardons Project and Delaware Youth Leadership Network, an organization that helps young leaders succeed.

Laura Donatello

Director of Legal Staffing

As a graduate of Albright College, Laura began her legal career after completing Adelphi University’s Paralegal Program in New York. She initially worked in civil litigation with General Motors’ National Counsel, where she was responsible for handling a wide range of litigation matters.

After several years, Laura transitioned to the corporate legal department of a Fortune 500 company, where she supported intellectual property, patent, and corporate legal matters, both domestically and internationally.

Laura joined Just Legal in 2017 and has since risen to the position of Director of Legal Staffing. Her proven ability to partner with firm leadership and hiring managers to identify talent needs, attract top candidates, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes in competitive markets. Laura has in-depth experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding. She is skilled at building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders while creating efficient, data-driven hiring processes that support long-term organizational growth. Laura is known for delivering high-quality talent, improving recruitment efficiency, and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership on hiring strategy and market trends.

Eva Reeder

Director of Legal Staffing - Tampa

Eva Reeder is the Director of Legal Staffing at Just Legal Inc., where she leads strategic client partnerships and talent solutions within the legal sector. With a background spanning business development, account management, and full-cycle recruiting, Eva brings a results-driven approach to building high-performing teams and delivering tailored staffing solutions.

Prior to joining Just Legal, Eva held roles at ISG Partners and Insight Global, where she managed the full sales lifecycle, developed new business across multiple industries, and cultivated long-term client relationships. She has a proven track record of understanding workforce needs, driving revenue growth, and collaborating closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful placements.

Eva began her career in recruiting, where she developed a strong foundation in candidate sourcing, evaluation, and relationship management—skills that continue to inform her leadership style today. Known for her ability to connect with clients and candidates alike, she is passionate about creating meaningful professional matches that support both organizational success and individual career growth.

A former Division I student-athlete and captain of the Syracuse University Athletics women’s soccer team, Eva brings discipline, resilience, and a team-first mentality to her work. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Syracuse University.

Laura Donatello Director of Legal Staffing

Laura began her legal career after attending Hofstra Law School’s paralegal program in New York. She worked initially in civil litigation for the National Counsel of General Motors handling all litigation matters. After several years, Laura moved into the corporate legal department of a Fortune 500 company. She was responsible for assisting in all intellectual property, patent and corporate matters, both foreign and domestic.

Laura joined Just Legal in 2017 and has earned the title of Director of Legal Staffing. Through her many years of service, she has interviewed and placed hundreds of candidates.
